Temperament-Conscious Leadership Workshop
There is a close relationship between spirit, soul, and the heart of man. Evidence indicates an individual’s temperament overlaps both soul and the spirit and might well be the linking device between the two, known as the heart of man. It is clear in the scriptures that the soul of man is where his will and emotions resides. “And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior” [Luke 1:46-47].
In addition, the scripture differentiates between the heart and the spirit of man. “Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel” [Ezekiel 18:31]? Therefore, our temperament determines how we interact with our environment and how our environment interacts with us.
Our temperament and who we have become (through learned behavior) can be entirely different. We need to find out who we really are, and find ways to become our true selves instead of the people we have learned to be (the masked self).
Understanding your temperament will allow you to determine if you are more productive at influencing people or organizing things. Excellence is not merely dependent on the temperament God gives us, but on our due diligence in the management of our temperament. Information does not bring transformation; only change does. According to James 1:22, “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves.” Do what it says.
This Temperament-Conscious Leadership Workshop will not only reveal to you the value of every asset connected to your temperament, but also the elements needed to responsibly manage them.
